At 7'3", the MB873 rod blank features the performance driven mag bass taper with a crisp fast tip flex and a medium-heavy power for excellent versatility, sensitivity, and strength in bass fishing applications and more. It will serve as a great rod for flipping and pitching, worming, spinnerbaits and buzzbaits, and even makes a great jig and pig rod!

Love the kits, I have used these to build multiple rods. Just sucks it took 3 weeks to get it because the Post Office is absolutely horrible.
Just finished building this kit. Products are all great
I have built about 8 of these rods and only had 1 issue that Mud Hole responded quickly to replace a blank yhat was cracked. I wish they had the extra heavy blanks in kits. But I'm sure I will be building more for me.
This is a great rod! It is probably about a 3 power in my opinion. I like to throw chatter baits on it. I choose the winn grips split grip which is very nice in the hands.
